We use two Cloudflare services:

Cloudflare Analytics is a web analytics tool. It provides essential and accurate indicators to improve your experience on our websites.
Turnstile is a security tool used to distinguish human users from bots on a website. It replaces traditional CAPTCHAs with a more discreet and user-friendly technology, helping to prevent spam, automated abuse, and attacks while improving the user experience.

Article 9 – Personal Data Processing

The Cloudflare Web Analytics solution does not use “digital fingerprints” such as your IP address, user-agent string, or any other personal data. This tool enables us to respect the privacy of our visitors.

Turnstile processes a limited set of technical signals (called Signals), such as:
Merchant IP address
Browser TLS fingerprint
User-Agent header
Site key and site origin

Only the IP address is considered personal data, and none of this information is used to directly identify an individual.

Purposes of Processing

The data collected is not used to create profiles, track, or target users for advertising purposes, but only to:

Detect and block automated traffic (bots),
Ensure website security,
Optimize Turnstile performance to address evolving threats.

You can consult the Turnstile Privacy Policy published by Cloudflare on their official website, which details the data collected and the purposes of processing.

Data Retention Period

The technical data used by Turnstile, including the IP address, is retained for a maximum of 14 days after completion of the CAPTCHA. After this period, the data is no longer stored or retained for Turnstile use. This retention period applies only to these technical data and aims to optimize bot detection while limiting the retention of personal data.

Rights of Access, Rectification, and Objection

In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal information.
